When you register to list a property on Radiant, we collect the following types of information:
- Personal Identification Data: Full name, date of birth, and city of residence.
- Contact Information: Email address and WhatsApp/mobile number (verified via OTP).
- Property Details: Asset category, physical address, floor plans, financial expectations (rent/sale price), photographs, and ownership validation details.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps of when you accepted our Terms & Conditions for audit purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the data collected to provide our core brokerage and marketing services:
- To create and secure your Landlord Dashboard account.
- To run AI-driven matching algorithms connecting your property with active corporate mandates and verified buyers.
- To allow our Deal Desk to market your property directly to prospective clients.
- To send critical updates, OTPs, and deal progression alerts via WhatsApp and Email.
- To generate Government SRO Circle Rate intelligence and market valuation reports for your dashboard.
3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third-party marketers. We may share your information only under the following circumstances:

- Mark your property listings as "Not Available" or "Draft" to immediately remove them from active pitching.
- Request complete deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team, subject to any ongoing legal or contractual transaction obligations.
